How long we take
- First reply: within 2 working days.
- Refund decisions: within 7 working days — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Privacy requests (copy, correction, deletion): within 30 days, as required by law.
Things you can do yourself, right now
- Delete your account and all its data — open Amicortex, go to your profile, then App, then Data controls, then Delete account.
- Disconnect Gmail — from the Gmail screen in the app, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Cancel a paid plan — bought in the Android app: open the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Amicortex. Bought on the web: email us. Either way, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
A note on emergencies
Amicortex is not an emergency service and this inbox is not monitored around the clock. If you are in danger, call 112 (India's emergency number) or your local emergency service. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a doctor, a helpline, or someone you trust.
